Visa Requirements
Do I need a Visa?
As of August 2008, visas are not required for citizens of the European Union or the United States visiting Argentina for less than 90 days. It is your responsibility to validate this information.
Citizens from other regions should consult their nearest Argentine consulate or embassy regarding visa requirements.
Accommodations in Buenos Aires
Where should I stay?
For courses that are in Buenos Aires, accommodations are not provided. However, if you contact us, we can make recommendations based on your requirements.
For courses that are instructed outside of Buenos Aires, accommodations are normally provided.
In general, Buenos Aires offers two main options: hotels and temporary apartments. The hotels are usually as advertised, safe, and treat foreigners well. Temporary apartments have lower prices but tend to have service problems. Unless you have previous experience with temporary apartments in Buenos Aires, we do not recommend this option.
Avoid hotels near Plaza de Mayo. Plaza de Mayo as the area is prone to political activities such as protests.

Language
If I do not speak Spanish, how will I function?
Most people that work in the tourist areas of the city speak English. For taxis, just write your destination on a piece of paper and show it to them.

Travel
What about transportation?
Regarding your Argentina arrival and departure:
We can recommend airport pickup services for you arrival and departure to and from Argentina's J. Newbery AeroPark or Ezeiza Ministro Pistarini International Airport.
Regarding travel to and from your classes:
Taxis are very easy to find throughout Buenos Aires. Classes in Buenos Aires are held within 10 minutes of the center of the city. You are responsible for your own travel fees to and from classes.
We provide and pay for full transportation for all travel during class time, including travel outside of the city of Buenos Aires.

Security
Is there anything I should know?
Buenos Aires is a safe city but normal precaucions should be taken.
It is not recommended to photograph alone outside of the tourist zone. Ask us about areas where you might consider photographing alone.
We also recommend carrying your camera in a bag such as a book bag rather than in a bag that looks like a camera bag.

Certificate courses
What are certificate courses?
In order to successfully complete a certificate course, students must pass an exam and be present for a minimum of 90% of the total course time.
If these requirements are met, the student receives a certificate of successful completion at the end of the course

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation requirements and deadlines may vary by course. Please review the course details for full information.
In the event that we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, participants receive full reimbursement of all fees paid.
Cancellation by the student must be done through the PayPal system. PayPal is our payment processor. Please contact us by phone or email for instructions.
In the event of cancellation by the student before the deadlines established for the course, we will refund all fees as indicated for that course.
In the event of cancellation by the student on or after the deadlines established for the course, we retain all fees paid.
Physical Requirements
Will there be a lot of walking?
Courses that have on location shoots do require some walking.
Please note that our studio and courses are not handicap accesible.
Companion Discounts
Do you offer second person discounts?
We offer 'Companion' or 'Second Persons' discounts of 20% for the second person. If you wish to use this discount you MUST CONTACT US BEFORE REGISTERING OR PAYING.
If you do not contact us before registering or paying, we will not refund the difference.
